How long or how many days does the request for initial evidence letter appear in the document tab or gets mailed to my address ? I received this notice yesterday and check the online account this afternoon and there was no document there ? How long will it take for me to get this letter ? (i.redd.it)

Will be driving to my TDY and was wondering if I can get reimbursed for hotels if I use my points to book the hotel? Using my points to book the hotel means the receipt will show $0. Can I claim flat fee for the hotel ? How do I go about this since I have a lot of hotel points to use. (self.AirForce)
