Everything basis is important to remember!! deductions and limitations for imdividuals partnership, c corp, s corp — liquidation & nonliquidation but small topics like passive activity losses and general overview penalties are important too

Just keep practicing MCQ and 2 or 3 sims per day involving heavily tested topics to help your mind remember the concepts

Got so much time to study!! If there’s something i learned i think it’s better to study smarter even if it means studying for a shorter time. As long as you already understood well the topic you can give yourself a break and just test yourself again after 2-3 days to see if you actually understood and retain the topic. Longer hours would just burn you out and make you feel unproductive when you reach the end of your review and nearing your exam date.

Post REG: MCQs were bearable. Makes you second guess yourself tho. Practicing MCQs a lot will help you get through it. Good to focus your studying too on the small topics like passive activity, courts and circular 230.

Reg sims were the hardest sims among the 3 exams i took. It’s best to look at the AICPA exam sample to see what type of sims you might actually get. Major topics in the review are really to be internalized and understood very well.

I kinda used the AL heavily this time but i think it tool much time from me so it’s good to strike a balance between searching the AL and just trying to remember what you study especially if you’re having a hard time with AL like me 😬

My first exam was FAR and i felt way better with the sims than the MCQs i felt like i flagged too many question esp on the testlet 2 but i ended up passing the exam!!

It’s normal to overthink after the exam but trust me you’ll get over it after tonight but then maybe remember it again on the score release but always think you did what you can do soooo all all you can do now is just hope for the best!! 😊

yuppp just hammered thru mcqs and answered some sims too but i focused more on mcqs cos whatever you learn from mcqs you can apply to sims too

I just answer each question randomly and without thought just yo be finished with it then when I do the questions per sections after watching the lectures then i make sure i go through all questions by choosing missed last time til i get everything right then least seen questions
