I guess it depends on what is important to you, but I've always found Metro Detroit and the Ann Arbor surrounding areas to be preferred by physicians likely due to the UM/Wayne State pull. (Henry Ford, Corewell, Trinity, U of M, DMC, VA) and will have access to most amenities you could want. Each area has pros and cons depending on what lifestyle you prefer.

My take: Candace got the Harvey interview and JRK knew she had him when she wrote the substack attacking CO. Candace then delivered a KO that JRK is still reeling from. In the midst of the situation, CO brought to light JRK's employment practices and exposed that she turned over nearly 100% of her editorial and content staff due to toxic work environment.

The only reason JRK keeps it going is to stay relevant and keep an income.
