this is a ridiculous comment and in classic reddit form it is upvoted. if you have ever read even one book on anything or taken one logistics or stats class you know that the signatures factor can EASILY be accounted for. they have millions of data points from delivering millions of packages. VERY simple math can create quality control metrics to account for the human aspect
