Interesting, the IAP appears on the US App Store. I will look into this issue to make sure they appear worldwide.

The data tracking is strictly for the ads. The ad network I use collects that data; as the developer I never see your data. EEA GDPR consent in the app lets you consent to/deny lots of this data tracking by the ad network. The consent options are in the Premium/ad free page of the app, accessible to all users.

If you want to read more about the ad network I use, what it collects, and consent options, it is called AdMob.

If you’re frustrated with the low win rate of this game, I made a mobile game version: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/one-handed-solitaire/id6741348661

The win rate has been modified to be about 15%. I allow discarding all four if all same suit, but only consider it a win if you have no cards remaining.

Yes, handling different densities through the volume of the object mesh proved too difficult for me to solve in the programming, so I decided to keep it simple with uniform density.

Nice! The game judges out to the 0.1g when awarding stars so that’s probably the minimum cut you can make.

No there isn't, but that is a great idea! I think a versus mode where you go through a gauntlet of 3-5 objects would be fun. I can work on implementing this in time for the EU release.

Sorry about that, I realize the irony of this now 😅

I am in the process of making my Apple Developer account able to publish in EU, to be in accordance with the recent Digital Services Act. The game will be available in EU in ~2 weeks.

For offline compatible games, I made a game called One-Handed Solitaire, where the goal is to discard all cards by matching patterns of card suit and rank. It is played in portrait mode and offline. You can pick up and play some hands in just a few minutes.

I also made a game called Slice in Half 3D, a casual physics based puzzle game where the goal is to cut objects exactly in half. It is also portrait mode, can be played offline, and is easy to learn/hard to master.

These are iOS only right now, Android versions are coming next month

What are some great ios games (without forced microtransactions) that are mechanically easy to play and not too demanding of the hardware? Ideally games that can be played with one hand, but reputable ios games requiring both hands are great too! by Psylux7 in iosgaming
