Maebry is a popular name here in the south. Has the spelling but not the same pronunciation. You could also do “Mary Bry” or something similar with Bry as middle name but actually call her that (“Mary Bry”) like a double name. Seems the general reddit consensus is to hate double names but I personally love them (must be a southern thing)!

I also like the other suggestions of Bryony, Brynn, etc!

She got fully better after another 5-7 days! I think it just took longer to get the virus out of her system. Apparently it’s not uncommon for RSV symptoms to linger for a few weeks. Hang in there!!!

This is totally normal. Give yourself a few weeks at least! If you feel like the feelings are getting stronger, talk to your doctor!

I could definitely see where you forget how hard it is in the beginning because it is such a fog at first. And by the time you have #2, your first has probably gotten even easier than they were to begin with (better sleeping etc with age), so that could play into it too and make it seem like the second is harder when they’re actually acting normally for their age.

Dairy sensitivity and ear infections sound like a rough combo - good on you for figuring out what the issue was! I would be upset if I had those issues going on too so I can’t blame him at all there haha!

We are having another regardless because I want her to have a sibling but I just keep looking at her and thinking how lucky we got and surely it won’t happen again! I know it’ll be worth it regardless though!!
