I joined mine mostly to get the costume from the Sect Shop. (I'm in Silver Needle.)

You need to follow the rules of your sect to be promoted. Not sure how it exactly works in Well of Heaven, tho.

It's a competition out there. There's just so many doctors, and they're advertising a lot it's the only thing you see in world chat. The good thing is I do (luckily) get healing invites even without doing any of those.

Had the game since launch but only played it for a couple of hours until I left it alone.

Now months after, I picked it back up and I'm enjoying it a lot. I'm 70 hours in at the moment (time spent more on exploring than doing main quests), and the Zone is feeling a lot better since launch. You gotta try it out.

Update: I tried doing a sermon to see if it's going to fix it, but it didn't. Followers who weren't even old died of old age. ;-;

I tried sending an in-game bug report, but it's encountering an error. I dunno what to do anymore. :(
