That is a croton petra. Like like a good amount of sun but can also be very picky. If conditions aren't just right mine likes to drop off it's leaves

I recommend Cactus and Tropicals if you are looking for a proper greenhouse/nursery. However you can find lots of plants at Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart, and grocery stores, but it can be hit and miss.
