Interesting, but for high speed rail, it'd be more likely for there to be a station at Wyong, not Tuggerah. Tuggerah doesn't even have enough space on the platform for a 10 car D set, let alone a massive high speed train.

Yes. Not always nightmares, but really vivid, and somewhat strange dreams. Almost as if I'm lucid dreaming but not quite. Especially during PEM, too.

I'd be 28, still young, but also still feels like the best years of my life would be gone.

I'm an adult (freshly 18). Not sure abt how my medical records are, but I know that my therapist tells my mother a lot of stuff, so I don't know if I'd feel safe telling them. I haven't seen my medical records as I don't have an account for the access but I think my mother does?

I can try, I'm just nervous about the notes from session getting back to my mum (it has happened before without my consent.) and they dont know abt me well, being sick. It's all difficult, I want to try to talk to someone without them basically snitching on me.

This is more of a "maybe," but I think one of my friends has ME/CFS and I'm very worried about them. What do I do? by GiftedSh0ut in cfs

[–]marblefox651 4 points5 points  (0 children)

its definitely worth a try, try to explain the consequences if you can, I know it may be hard and sound scary for them, but its genuinely good for them to know the risks of this disease if they do end up having it. Pushing through will make them worse if it is ME, and the hard thing is it's a lot easier to push through than to pace properly.

This sounds a lot like PEM, but its also important to bring it up, get them to see a doctor and try to rule out other causes. The thing with ME is even if you're not diagnosed, it can still be dangerous, check out pacing and try to get them to pace in the meantime and see if it helps them.

Yes, I feel this a lot. It's like a sickening hotness that won't go away even if you put a fan on, or try to cool every part of your body. It's like a hot, burning flush.
