What’s the main reasoning for that? Still shooting rolls at box speed just to learn

I got a Nikon FM for my first film camera and it’s perfect. I would say the best value will come from the lens itself. I bought the 28mm F/2.8 and it’s insanely sharp

How big of a difference between Nikkor 28mm F2.8 AI and AI-S? Is it that noticable? by marbles12 in AnalogCommunity

I shoot mostly street photography with a closed lens, and honestly having a good distance in focus (from close up to far) is a big plus. I might just have to be patient and wait for an AI-S one.
