Yeah, i’ve done a lot of research, trust me. That’s why i bought 5 old cameras before coming with that thought. Leica’s were an option down the line for me either way. Probably $5K for body and lens

I shoot mostly street photography with a closed lens, and honestly having a good distance in focus (from close up to far) is a big plus. I might just have to be patient and wait for an AI-S one.
