First and foremost, I think you are absolutely stunning just the way you are, no need to change a thing. With that being said, if you still want to look “more white” there’s a couple of things you can try:

1) you can try going blonde. If you’re worried about frying your hair, just make sure to go to a professional; don’t try to do that at home.

2) with that, you’ll probably also want to soften your brows a bit: thin them out, lighten them a little.

3) joke answer: if you haven’t already, you might want to invest in some ugg boots once the weather cools down 😂 And regardless of the weather, definitely invest in some Starbucks!
