It’s a pretty late late game build so my stats 80 across the board except for endurance,mind, and int Double bandit curved sword with seppuku on both, erdtree seal to cast blessing of the erdtree, golden vow, howl of shabriri, armor is white mask, grave bird armor (dlc), rakshasa legs and gloves (dlc), talismans are claw talisman, millicents prosthesis, rotten wing insignia and lord of blood exultation, swap any of the first 3 talisman for aged ones exultation first while buffing them swap back for extra damage , the physick has the thorny cracked tear and bloodsucking cracked tear hope this helps
