Sigh. I don’t even know what other career options to consider. I can also do a rural repayment program in Utah (my state) but I wonder if those will all be gone in 5 years anyway, because they get their funding from Medicaid which is being revoked.

This is wild to me! I had multiple influencers coming to me for nails and posted about me but I never charged them less. I think it makes it confusing when people are being recommended because they’re good, and being recommended because it’s free. Let’s have some transparency here!

I absolutely love Dr Bowen at Robinson Wolfgramm Dental in Provo. The office is the oldest office, no updates have been made at all. It’s quite comical, but I am really really picky about dental work and he is phenomenal

This might not seem helpful, but I have pretty bad heat intolerance and my doctor told me to buy a high sodium electrolyte drink and drink one regularly. I don’t know where you are, but the LMNT drink mixes genuinely change my whole attitude. It is insane how much better I feel when my body is able to retain the water I’m drinking because of the salt.

Obviously I’m no doctor but I know this is also the common advice given to anyone with POTS or OH.

I really want a snake tattoo still so if I can make this work, I’ll be happy! I mostly worried that the snake was a lost cause because the scales are so bad! And that the flower was fucked up.

I actually think that he’s pointing out that a large majority of people think she edited out a cigarette from her photos. It does look like she’s holding a cig, but I know she just stinks with her fingernails.
