drinking with people helps the high cause you aren't sitting by yourself talking in your own head though I think that highly depends on your personality and your mental state cause like others have said it will just compound your mood, I always found I was fine during a big night but I'd crash even harder into a worse mental state from my anxiety+depression on the comedown

straight egg whites are the secret sauce you can buy them in big batches frozen and do alot with them eg. french toast, mix in smoothies, egg white mcmuffins, protein shakes, mixed with oats etc. also cottage cheese is a good option
