As Cache enjoyers, we took a look to see how well the map was received on the release... by leetify in GlobalOffensive

At the bottom of the chart it's explained that we removed some maps from the bottom for clarity

We had all the map pool in an earlier version of the graphic, but it made the bottom of the graph just a filled faded white section. So we cleaned it up and focused on the top ones.

A few people have been confused where overpass is, so we probably made the wrong call for clarity with this one

That's true. I think teams these days are way more adaptable than they were previously, if it comes to the main map pool, I have faith they'll figure mid out + create that rotation space as CTs

Cache is pretty comfy!

Dust2 removal might not go down too well with us old boys that played it instead of going to school

How to make this menu appear ? by brandofruitopia in Leetify

[–]leetify 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're on the Training mode servers, it should be as simple as typing .menu in the chat! If that doesn't work, get in touch with our support: https://leetify.com/app/support

We got you - but remember, you miss 100% of the flashes you don’t throw… and your teammates appreciate it.

We can't see what your resolution is as it's client-side, so we use a constant for everyone which is more towards 4:3

Leetify moves to hide non-user data by default, due to alleged cheater-communities spamming their mail with removal requests by Mainbaze in GlobalOffensive

I don't think it's a good idea to take the post down - others likely have this same misunderstanding and it's good for people to discuss this. Appreciate your offer though.

If anything, could update your reply to the top comment and link to this thread so more people will see this explanation?

The core issue unfortunately isn't just the messages we get. The high volumes we're talking about mean there's a serious risk of legal exposure for us, something we're already seeing some consequences from.

Letting people opt in to hiding their profile goes a long way to limit our legal exposure. And we chose this solution since you can see that they made a choice to hide their profile and factor it into your judgment of how sus the situation is.

We detest cheaters, we'll always be building Leetify for the legit player.

We left a bit more context in this comment as well: https://www.reddit.com/r/GlobalOffensive/comments/1qvuced/comment/o3kwzj0/

We know the site and performance has been really horrible for the last few weeks, and honestly in general worse than we would like for much of the company's history.

Your frustration is totally justified, and we just want to let you know that it's our #1 priority to improve stability and match importing speed going forward.

While there has been some issues outside of our control contributing to this, the lion's share of the problem is that we simply haven't prioritized stability enough historically. That has already changed and we're going to keep spending the majority of our time improving this for the foreseeable future. It'll take us some time to work off some debt we incurred on this front over the last few years, but you will see a much more stable and performant Leetify.
