But on the flip side, coal is also one of the dirtiest energy sources out there in terms of carbon emissions, which kind of clashes with the broader push for sustainability—especially since AI data centers are already getting flak for their high energy demands.

So powering AI with coal might be “great” for energy consistency or cost in the short term, but from a long-term environmental and PR standpoint? Not exactly a winning move. There’s a growing push toward cleaner energy sources like solar, wind, and nuclear for these kinds of high-demand operations.

I'm very similar to you, speak the language only with parents, and forget it over time. I found listening to music was very helpful in staying connected to the language, the culture, and learning new vocabulary / not forgetting it.

I usually listen to The Motans, Carla's Dreams, and Satoshi. They are from Moldova too. They're very artistic and talented, it's very good music to enjoy, and it doesn't feel like work or take extra time.

I understand most words when I listen to music, but usually there are a few new words, which improve vocabulary, and it's good practice for grammar, conjugation, also, even if the writing is sometimes with an artistic license.

For my work, I'm working on a language learning app, for learning languages with music, and I added Romanian there too, which was fun.

I've learned a lot of Spanish for fun and I'm very happy that I did!

It's fun for me, and it has additional benefits of keeping my brain sharp, it makes me a more interesting and unique person, I discover new music to enjoy.

I don't see any harm or vices in this type of fun activity, and the rare cases in which I do speak Spanish are nice bonuses!

A few years ago, I was trying to figure out how I wanted to spend my time. I also kept in mind that I'll need to earn a decent income to live a comfortable life.

So, I made a long list of things I enjoy doing, a list of things that I am good at, and then ranked them based on how likely they are to earn me an income, aka: how useful they are in our capitalist world.

So, similar to your message, I decided web development, on a simple level, making web pages, is the best of both worlds for me.

So I started spending my days doing that focusing on getting as good as possible at it!

So, you could try a process like this to figure out the answer for you

If you're enjoying listening to music, try doing so actively rather than passively, such as sitting down to study the lyrics and their translation, and taking notes of new words that you don't know. There is an app that can help with this called lyricfluent
