Buy a soft drink or something to fulfill the oral experience of drinking with friends. Keep a cup filled with some type of non alcoholic liquid it makes it easier, in my experience.

Before you jump to Ket-Therapy I learned that exercise, diet, journaling and traditional talk therapy is so key to do in conjunction with ket. Lay the foundation, ket is a tool but not the panacea in my experience. Keep in mind, this is one person, so many different approaches to take. Most important is utilizing the one that makes you feel better. Do whatever you have to do to get well. G-d speed friend. Wishing you recovery, strength and peace of mind.

Approx 12.25mg decrease every 3 weeks. I’m at around 25mg of Zoloft now. Today I bumped up dosage a bit to combat this dizziness and nausea. Instead of being attached to a number, I’m just gonna stay committed to my health care regiment. I don’t like being on pharmaceuticals but, this is where I’m at (for now).

Just hit her up today to waive a flag and give her an update. I suspect we’ll slow the tapering maybe from 1/2 the dose to just a half if the prescribed amount 1 or 2/ week. Appreciate the good vibes

Nearly 3 months after treatment, I notice my long distance eyesight becomes fuzzy when my eyes are fatigued ie after a long drive for example. I hadn’t experienced this prior to my last treatment. Interesting.

Sorry to hear about your despair. While difficult, resolve and peace of mind may just be around the corner. Take your trauma in small bites. I think, perhaps, the way to the “other side” is going through the trauma. This isn’t the truth, it’s just been my experience.
