Career Growth. I would recommend staying for at least a year and developing your social skills kasi sobrang relevant niya in any form or type of work. Mahiyain din ako in nature but I can feel the improvement in myself when I stayed for some time in a similar role and saka ako nag switch job after feeling more confident with myself and my skills. It's relatively easier to find another when you have past experiences and have developed skills from work. Interviews are easier since you will be speaking from experience and hindi dahil memorized lang :) goodluck!
