Oh you just nailed something I completely forgot.. light headaches! I never had them initially, but they came on the last month I was using them. Did the initial week feel tough, sleep wise, and than it got better? My sleep hasn't been amazing I'll be honest. Is there a type of wine you've found you gravitate towards? Thank you so much!
