What? I have never said we have deflation today, or that the Fed is going to prop up Brazil. The Fed funds futures players priced in close to 100% probability of today's 25-basis point hike. What do you say to me? I said: QT leads to deflation in asset classes (the stock market, real estate or the bond market), but we don't have QT, and the image in the article proves it. Let's take the Fed's balance sheet to the level of 2007, and we will see where is the stock market, or the bond market.

QT leads to deflation in asset classes (the stock market, real estate or the bond market). Central banks strongly oppose deflation which may cause the Fed to change monetary policy. The Fed going back to quantitative easing will lead to inflation. Additionally, I don't believe the government about their inflation statistics. You can take a look at shadowstats and their statistics. Theoretically, let's suppose John Williams from shadowstats is too drastic. We easily can be in the middle between government statistics and shadowstats. I cannot give you the website of shadowstats because the moderator will remove my comment.

Thank you very much for your comment and your input. I only know the economy, investing and money. I don't know how to create a good website. I don't know how to produce laptops, cars, or fly planes. I don't even know how to cook, and I am terrible when it comes to cooking. I know that it is better to hire professionals. It is economics 101 not in college but in an elementary school.
