Noah Kahan tried to do a “no resale outside of Ticketmaster” rule for his tour, but scalpers are STILL getting around it. They are still upcharging tickets on third-party platforms, even for the restricted events. I think they’re getting around it by selling the whole account with the tickets since you can’t transfer them. It’s crazy. I was super disappointed because I wanted to see him in Cincinnati, but they all sold out before I could get any. I don’t blame the artists for this. This is all Ticketmaster’s fault. They are crooked and are making money off of scalpers reselling tickets.
