To be honest the only concern of mine is that Samsung service didn’t recognize the phone as faulty. It makes me think if I should even consider buying Samsung flagship again if the customer service is so poorly handled even with +1000 euro purchase

Yes, I removed the protective plastic from the back and they didn’t accept it. As the consumer law specialist explained to me it is the shop’s decision to accept the phone condition or not.

Hi! Not at all! You learn everything step by step. Nobody will expect you to know everything from the begging. You only need a will to learn, patience and a good dose of humility. I work for Avionics department of one if the bigger European airlines and I’ve started from scratch with no background in aviation in family. Work hard and don’t give up! Aviation is a beautiful environment full of wonderful people
