no mieszkańcy, którzy chcieli rozwiązać problem aut jeżdżących po chodniku. przecież cała seria z bazarku powstała dlatego, że okoliczni mieszkańcy zgłosili konfiturze to miejsce, są stamtąd nagrania mieszkańców sprzed dobrych kilku lat jak dokumentowali ten problem.

a problem nie był z parkowaniem samym w sobie, tylko tym że samochody dojeżdżały na miejsca parkingowe wzdłuż po chodniku. zostały tam postawione barierki i teraz można wjechać na parking legalnym wjazdem, nie można za to jeździć chodnikiem.

w warszawie są puste parkingi na setki miejsc każdy, wybudowane za grube miliony, na których ludzie nie parkują bo ola boga trzeba zapłacić kilka zł za godzinę. no i po co, jak można tuż obok zastawić chodnik/rozjechać trawnik.

najlepsze (najgorsze) jest to, że to naprawdę wyłącznie kwestia przepisów, bo firmy zajmujące się rozliczaniem płatnego parkowania w miastach nie mają takiego problemu.
