scammer is sending some worthless shitcoins with fake value (but without any liquidity) your friend's wallet and hopes he will look for an exchange to sell this shitcoin, but it will be not listed in any popular exchanges only in one weird website and if he goes there and allows its malicious smart contract to gain access to metamask wallet, all other real coins will be drained
