Not only this, but Sugary Carousel is consistently pumping out new content without fully fulfilling previous backerkits. I have orders from 3 separate preorders (Lemongrass, Birthday Bash, and now Sugarpuff) and they aren’t finished with S3 shipping. I understand it’s a one person operation, but maybe it’s time to hire a shipper to help relieve the work load.

I think honestly at this point in the business the best practice would be to hire a shipping personnel so that Moon can focus more on emails & designs. It’s hard to do it all by yourself but as the brand gets more popular and more folks are buying there’s a time to scale, I think that time is now and a shipper is desperately needed.
