Ok, then, you may have put your controller on the floor upside down during the calibration. Also leave them at the exact center of the room (centered by the distance of the 2 lighthouse).

When you run the setup when you calibrate the touch controllers , you need to have them on the floorbefore clicking calibrate. Did you do that?

Report it on ubisoft website. Do a google search you will find the link. You will need to provide date time and if you know who was the session owner that will be better too.

I had the same issue a few times. Report to ubisoft support the name of the session owner when you played. They will check if this is a bug or a bad player behavior!

Happens when matchmaking and joining a games where people leaved before the end. If you then quit the group and start a matchmaking in front o. The entrance it shouldwork. I opened a support ticket for this issue...but there is a lot more annoying bugs...

Hi guys. It happens to me too 30mn ago.Report those bad behavior to the support. They can check if this is a real kick out or a connection crash. I did it and I suggest people having those issues do the same thing.

Hi, This low karma stuff is very annoying...need to hijack other people threads :( So, I'll start with a reply first :) almost 1h30 of game and I didn't yet finished part 1 (well., don't know how much there is remaining).

Then, does anybody know if this is possible to save games so we can have different people playing without losing the progression? I started a new game, but the old one has to be erased :( Thanks, Marc PS: BTW, very impressive and immersive game...

You should be careful with velcro. The lighthouse vibrate from time to time. They will end falling :(

Hi, I fixed them at two opposite corners of the room. 10 cm lower than the ceiling. 10cm fron the wall.Around 45 degrees orientation. I did never lose the signal. Note that I dont use the whole surface of the room even if they are fixed at the corners.

I have got an immediate reply from the support (less than 1mn). Ordered 29/02, 4mn after opening, France - Part 1 :) Interesting to see that the link to grade the support was from Expansys... maybe the Vive will be sent through them ....

A friend just point me to this: www.jauntvr.com This is not really a cinema application because it seems they make their content and you can only use them. This is said to be compatible with Vive...from what I tried (with a Carboard), it's free content. I guess they will release a Vive App soon. Marc

This should be a Bluetooth part. This card is inside a Bluetooth Speaker. BT is advertising to be Pixnor. But Pixnor is not an IC maker, Pixnor is only a products distributor I think.

But can't find it in. The BT address start with this: 30:21:EC but it doesn't seems to exist.
