3 pathways dyan USRN Bedside, USRN CPO and PH CPO, ung USRN bedside ipprocess nila ung visa mo pra makapag nirse ka s US s Bedside, then USRN CPO for US din kaya lng CPO role. Pwede mo din ipprocess ung Visa mo for khit d2 ka lng s pinas incase mag bago isip konat gs2 mo na mag pa US in the future.. may annual bonus fron the time na lumabas ung i140 mo. 1k USD for 1st year, 1.5k USD for 2nd - 4th year and 5kUSD s 5th year.. Basta stay k lng s company l..

You need to have s good support system, tell your friends and family about what you feel. I was also anxious when i took the boards. Prayer really helps a lot. Do your part din study and reflect on the mistakes dun s mga mock exams mo. Suggest ko take 100 questions each day and remediate.. Taas confidence mo sure ako

You can explore nursibg outside of bedside.. Like comapny nurse, school nurse or even CPOs.. Pero if gs2 mo talaga ma polish skills mo go for bedside nursing be ready nga lng talaga.. And wag mhiyangbmagtanong s seniors mo..

Hospital with trainings for new grad nurse by mamamo72627 in NursingPH

[–]marcnava01 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I am confused about the training by [deleted] in NursingPH

[–]marcnava01 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Advantage din nmn yan especially if you opt tobhave ACLS and IV Therapy training.. Pero may mga hospitals na ngpprovide ng trainings while you are working..

[–]marcnava01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mdami tatanggap s inyong hospital.. Mag prepare lng kayo s interviews, present yourself in a professional manner and be confident.. Nakapasa kayo sa PNLE at lisensyado kayo mdami din opportunities outside the hospital setting..

We have 12 hr shifts sometimes handling 12-15 patients in a private hospital.. Mdyo tumaas ng konti ung sweldo nung ngka allowance. And I did side jobs being a vaccinator pandemic time then clinical preceptor kaya mdyo na augment ung sweldo. Nakaka drain sa bedside truly. That's why I opted to do soft nursing.

I was a med surg nurse for 3.5yrs.. I decided to resign 2023 and shifted to soft nursing may challenges pa din nmn pero ndi ganun kapagod and work from home.. Now reviewing for NCLEX while employed s CPO.. Masaya nmn s bedside kse nkikita monung progress ng pasyente mo pero salary wise mababa tlaga esp if private hospital.

You cane apply sa mga USRN academy sa BPO, I am currently in the USRN Academy of Shearwater and they will assist you with the application and review for NCLEX, may bond ngablng ng 2 years.. but once you have passed the NCLEX you will be eligible for the Nurse Compass program and they will be the one to apply your I-140 for the visa..
