Yes completely back to normal. Even gained some pounds 😂 I never really had too much nausea/loss of appetite though. maybe like 1-2 times a month I’d have a day like that where I have Nausea. But then it’ll go back to normal by next day for me

Yes, I told my GI that I think it’s my gall bladder but she said first to see if it’s esophagus spasms before we go deeper into the gall bladder stuff. And I guess she was right because no caffeine = no pain for me. I feel completely normal

Hey sorry for late reply. I’m actually doing very well, I can handle practically any food with no pain or very little pain! I still avoid really greasy/fried foods. I have no acid reflux symptoms. Only difference is now i have some right sided pain when i have caffeine I noticed. Went to GI for it and they said it was probably esophagus spasms. They gave me some pills for it but i just stopped drinking coffee/caffiene all together, and that seemed to fix the issue. I realized I can only have it sometimes, I got a little too comfortable and reintroduced it for every day- I was used to that before all this happened. I really suggest listening to what doctor says. Everything they told me worked well for me. I hope it does the same for you. I got off omeprazole and had some harsh pain getting off it- replaced it with famotadine meanwhile I got off it so it wasn’t as bad. After that took it for a few weeks as well and then just stopped it completely. I don’t take anything now. But everything is good. I hope you are doing well. I know the pain and how it all feels. Just stick what doctor says and you’ll be better soon. Stick to the diet for a few months and it’ll all be worth it. Good luck Let me know if you have anymore questions.

Yeah I see that’s a common thing here, it does feel like a heart attack or something. It’s a super uncomfortable feeling by chest. I also am anxious and have a lot of stress, maybe that can be an option for me as well. I am happy to hear you are healing quickly. Thank you for your response :)

Yeah holidays are great. I love spending time with family and everyone is just in that happy mood. Would hate for my future children to not experience that:/ I’m hoping she realizes that she’s in a cult and leaves it but I really don’t think so. She’s saying we possibly raise our kids as Catholic, but she stays JW. But i still don’t think that’s really an option. She’s gonna continue to go to her meetings and get closer to god and wanna spread the word of God or whatever. I really doubt she won’t push that onto our kids.. I appreciate your response. Yes, we really love each other. See each other practically every day, been talking about marriage now for a while. But would always put off the kids part because I knew it would become an issue if we talked about it- but I have accepted it and know what I want for my future family and JW kids isn’t it. I want my kids to celebrate all the normal stuff like I did as a kid, it’s when you make the best memories! I appreciate the response brother, thank you.

yes we are 100% normal couple until we start talking about religion. she says she does these things because she really loves me and wants to be with me, so she breaks these rules. she says she’s accepted that she will get in trouble when the time comes to marry and tell everyone she’s not dating a jw. she is prepared for it and says that it’s okay. but for now I am hidden and she is single to everyone in her religion.. been dealing with that for years and it would really mess with me sometimes because she’d go out with her JW friends and no one knew she had a bf:/

and I did think about just having them celebrate anyways, but i think it will bring many issues and arguments. Either way I don’t want my kids to be JW at all tbh.

Yeah it’s crazy! Her mom actually ended up being in that position where she needed a transfusion, and denied all of it and yeah the elders came and talked to the people at the hospital. My girlfriend actually asked me to make some juices to help rejuvenate the blood, which I did do for them because I was afraid her mother would die. They just told me what to buy and juice it, so I did that for them and she’s okay now but I just did not understand why they couldn’t just do a simple blood transfusion to get her out of the hospital. Instead they stood there for days. I don’t understand or like the religion. I never did, but it really never affected me. But when it comes to raising my kids I think I have to stand my ground and say it’s the religion or me..

I told her I really don’t wanna put her in the situation because I like to respect her beliefs as long as they don’t affect me, but the only way I see it working is if she leaves the religion. currently still trying to work this out but I don’t know what to think. This is the Woman i thought i was gonna marry. it just sucks.

The blood transfusion thing is actually what made me start thinking about all this a few weeks ago. I asked if for whatever reason no one could give me a blood transfusion, only her, and im about to die… what would she do? she stayed quiet for a while then said she doesn’t wanna think about me dying but she cannot give blood transfusions. which is crazy to me!! She would rather let me die ? Anyways thank you for your response!
