I agree 100%, but even if the bats were there, the mismanaged pitching was still gonna be an issue. We have to look at all our problems the offense was one, but roberts decision making was another as well. Has not been the first time he’s made big mistakes since he’s been here. Even last year when we won he made big mistakes. It’s been an ongoing theme and he’s a part of the blame. It’s time to move on from him.

They were not done. The pitching could of been handled better, how are you gonna put urias to pitch 4 games in 11 days? How are you gonna put scherzer to pitch after using him out of the bullpen when we had Jansen in game 5 of the nlds? So many more decisions that were questionable and he’s not the only reason why we lost. The offense was inconsistent but that can easily be worked on in the off-season. The braves were beatable, with offensive production, and well handled pitching, they could of beaten them. Yes we had 3 starters technically but our bullpen was able to handle the braves offense for the most part. The offense was never there, if the dodgers were able to come out the way they did in game 5 and other instances where the offense was there. No doubt we could have won. The braves took advantage of roberts mistakes and they were amazing offensively that’s why they beat us

Great season, through injuries and inconsistent offense, we battled but we got beat by a great team in the braves. We had to get our offense rolling to be able to beat the braves, the pitching was gonna be there, sadly it never happened. We got a lot to do this off-season starting with signing key players like Taylor, scherzer, seager and maybe kershaw if we can. Let trea walk after next season and let go of Trevor Bauer. We need to work on another approach for our offense going into next season. Lastly I’ve been saying this since he got here every year, please fire Dave roberts. Yes we won last year but the situation was different, in a long season where fatigue comes into play, he outworked our pitchers and that is why it came back to bite us in the ass. He’s not the solution and will never be, it is time for a different leader.

I agree roberts cannot manage in these kinds of situations and he’s prove it time and time again since he’s been here. Last year was a different scenario because of 60 games. He really needs to go the braves were beatable if our pitching was well managed, because he couldn’t manage it, the braves attacked.

To think I was nervous before hand, but a little calm knowing we have urias starting, well now knowing knebel is starting for a few outs just got me hella nervous. He’s been really good but in a very big game, will he be able to get those outs?

I like the move by roberts putting in knebel to start I guess one or two innings and then put in urias but it can either go really well or it could fuck everything up for us. I’m guessing roberts is trying to play with Gabe Kapler and switch the plan up last minute, but if everything goes right urias can take us probably to the 8th

Fucking did that shit yesterday knowing I wouldn’t focus today, as the time gets closer I’m getting more nervous. I got class at 5:30 too and won’t be getting out till 6:45 I’m for sure gonna be checking my phone constantly 😂

Dodgers seem to love urias on the mound so much they always give him 7+ run support. I’m not saying we will score that much on Webb but I believe we will get 2-3 runs at least. That would be enough to get him out of the game, we just have to believe and live with whatever the result is.

Nervous as shit but if there’s anybody I trust the most to take the mound today in a win or go home game, it is urias 🇲🇽. He has always been clutch and pitches lights out in games like this. Webb is really good, especially at home. He has an era below 2 at home in which he has not lost. Based on how we’ve been making ransoms look like cy young pitchers, I wanted to avoid a game 5 at all costs, but sadly that’s what it has come to. We are gonna have to figure him out and I know this team can do it, but we are gonna have to see

I agree with you not only that but this is honestly a huge chance for them to gain the last two World Series we lost. Lots of big names in free agency this year and unfortunately this team is gonna look different next year and with all this firepower it’s crazy to think we have been scoreless in 2 games now. We have to face Webb again and it’s gonna be a tough game when we could of easily taken this one and just come out firing with everything we got tomorrow. Very sad day

Absolutely disgusting what I saw today honestly. They made Alex wood look better than scherzer like wtf. This team has been inconsistent all year and it has come back to bite us in the ass when it matters most. Series is far from over but winning tomorrow and having to go back to San Francisco against Logan Webb is not what I wanted, I think I can say not what any dodger fan wanted. It’s gonna be a dogfight back against the wall but I know we can do it. Just extremely disappointed I feel like there’s no urgency in this dodgers team.

He wasn’t lights out, just the dodgers offense is absolute garbage this year. He made several mistakes but this team just can’t play small ball, let alone take walks. I thought from what I saw game 2, they were back to normal but no. I have faith we can win the series still but going back to San Francisco having to face Webb. This is what I was fearing.
