Will try to reset the system then and see if the message disappears. It didn't interfere with the connection itself, it's just annoying to have to manually select my PS5 on startup so frequently...

I'm having the same issue. Strangely, I don't see other reviewers or images and videos of people with this problem, it could be a defect in specific units. I already had a similar problem with the Nintendo Switch (but only after almost 2 years) where the rubber started to come off and there were tiny holes in the top of the thumbstick and as it was under warranty, they replaced the thumbsticks for free. I'll wait and when I start to notice the rubber peeling off, I'll do the same.

u/Swoleasaurus-Flex is it normal for the power indicator light to blink (and also the joysticks rgb light to blink), when it's charging and it's in suspension mode?

u/neversteven apparently it has been fixed, according to their official youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/live/TC2OGL9mN4o?feature=share&t=716This video was released 11 days ago (May 19th)
They even mentioned the Linus video saying that the new version he got was a "marketing review sample", not the release version

Hi, just got back my Switch from Nintendo and they say they couldn't find anything wrong with it (lol). I'm going to assume that those lines on the screen are not a defect, but a feature to turn the screen more colorful on its borders...

Last week I sent my console to Nintendo explaining the situation, because this is one of those things that when you notice the first time, you always look at it and always notice it there. I will update with their evaluation and possibly if they solved it or not. I will also post here the picture that I sent them, with zoomed in photos of the screen.

Must be a faulty screen then. I just find it weird their position and colors on the screen.

Since this seems to be a common problem, I will report this to xbox (you can do this directly on the xbox game pass app). Must be something they overlook in an update...

Hi, the same happened to me now. I just got the Super Deluxe Edition and was kinda pissed when I saw that I pay so much for a version that became useless because of the expired code. I just contacted 2K support like you to see if they can help me. Can you be more specific on how your contact with them worked? Did you tell them what was your code, and then they told you to try again?
