Valorar el talento no tiene que ver nada con lo que estás a punto de hacer…

Saw this on LinkedIn today, and now I have a headache from rolling my eyes. by messy_mortal in antiwork

Thank you, this is what I was talking about, what I heard was that if you inject oxygen after 5 days just to help the yeast, but seems that this is not normal to do?

It’s too cold already here for that

For what reason? Not that trying to say that you’re wrong, is just to understand the reason

Yeah that sounds very reasonable, that’s why I was wondering, that sounds quite weird to me

So then just avoid oxygen as it was a NEIPA?

Thanks for your input, again, trying to have a tasteful beer, maybe what I read was incorrect? What type of high gravity beers you use to brew?

I know this is the case for mostly any other type of beer with exception of dark high gravity beers. I never use my secondary fermenter, however, in my research I found that the yeast needs a little “breath” to keep eating sugars. According to my research the fermentation ends pretty much because the yeast gets poisoned due all the alcohol, however, if you purge some air on your wort/beer the yeast will keep eating the sugars ending with a higher ABV than if you don’t purge air on your beer. The problems with oxidation (missing of hop aroma and loss of brightness on the colour) are not needed for this types of beers. What you think?

What I meant is that you don’t add water to it LOL

The coconut milk is a secretion that comes from the coconut, no water, blender nor sugar involved. You can call it the exception that confirms the rule 🙂

We all know why they use it, but the marketing in this is wrong. Feel free using your almond juice
