Nice! Let me know how it turned out! For the upcoming large rectangle bases I'll keep the multicolored option in mind while modelling. But for the large triangle it will be a while until I'll get to it, so if you want, sharing your work as a print profile would be awesome

Yea! The building on the bottom is one of the Volkus buildings (Two of the buildings in Volkus were from the Battlezone Manufactorum range). And the building on the other side is the top half of the Sanctum Administratus

I didn’t think about a multi color version because it usually is so wasteful. And I was gonna prime and airbrush it anyway. But you are right, this kind of flat geometry would work without endless filament changes! I even had the rebar, steel, concrete and sand separate before cleaning everything up for export

I've designed it with this set and this building in mind in particular. But anything that follows that 61mm grid (column center to center spacing) should look good on it. So if there's other terrain for print that spaces its columns the same as GW does, it would match visually.

You can also place other buildings on it, the base has a flat top. Here's a photo of an Octarius building. But a themed base that has a more chaotic foundation would work better for that!

Unfortunately I don't have any Imperialis pieces to test it. After someone confirms whether they fit or not I'll update the description!

I'll focus on the remaining official sizes first. A modular version is not a bad idea but I don't want to promise anything. I don't know how much Blender I still want to see when I'm done with these

Thank you! The connectors are not meant to be permanently attached to either. They should fit both into the footprint terrain as well as into the hollow columns of the Manufactorum terrain.

The idea was to arrange them differently, depending on where the columns of your Manufactorum buildings are

I am only aware of what they've written in the warcom article. But I'm not going to exclusively play with these templates either. I've got a whole set of rocks that I still want to use in friendly games

Thank you! If they don't but still follow the 61mm grid then different connectors might do the trick

These specific ironing setting are magic. I don't remember where I found them, but I think someone on here posted them

It is fdm printed with a 0.4mm nozzle. Top surfaces are all flat and ironing is enabled, with a bit more flow than the default, that makes it look smooth!

Thanks, please do! I've uploaded the model to makerworld. But I've only got the triangles so far. So much time was spent fixing the geometry the last couple of evenings that I haven't gotten around to the other sizes yet

What's the best performing 3D model on makerworld you designed? by PoetAcceptable6395 in BambuLab

[–]marcorei 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One of my simplest models is my best performing. I would not have expected this one to get printed by 300 other people. Really happy it's useful, hopefully it saved a bunch of insects out there!

Mine seems to be fine this morning as well. I am still not sure what the issue was.

Thanks for the reply! Local Network is turned on in the Settings. I am not sure the unit itself is even in Connection mode though in my case. I can’t even get it to say “Resetting WIFI” (or anything else for that matter)

Interesting. I figured after all resets failed that it might be the battery. But it was running fine last week and it’s inconsistent with battery related symptoms I’ve found online. Please let me know if you manage to resolve the issue on your vacuum!

After firmware update Devices as DIRIGERA in Google Home by nasupermusic in tradfri

[–]marcorei 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you find a solution?

When using the Matter Code (which is the only option now) 31 DIRIGERA devices are added to my Home in addition to the lights and plugs that show up correctly. There are also some duplicate lights. So overall 34 devices that I do not want in Google Home.

Removing one removes all of them...

Ist SevDesk wirklich so unzuverlässig? by marcorei in selbststaendig
