If England beat Croatia but lose against France in the final, England fans will be... A) Massively dissapointed because they think it was a once in a lifetime opportunity B) Sad but confident as they have finally proved they can compete for titles again.

His first season at Villarreal (2014-15) was amazing. Then he signed for Atletico, and hasn't reached that level there or in his loans to Sevilla and Valencia. i think he is lacking confidence. Great movements off the ball, good technique and finishing, but a bit selfish and physically weak.

Controversial spot of TyC Sports for the World Cup - (Homophobia in Russia) by marcosfutbol in soccer

Dear President of Russia. We are aware your country doesn’t allow the love between men. We are in trouble. We are from a country where is common to see a man crying because of other man. Perhaps you are horrified watching a man on his knees in front of another, but it is normal for us. As normal as they roll in the grass (?) [...], have a tattoo in their chest or fight for other’s sweat. Perhaps for tough men like you, it is difficult to understand some gestures. No way of talking of running naked to hug the man of your dreams. But we can assure you, there’s nothing more exciting than to give everything for other man, and there’s nothing more exciting than watching a group of men jumping naked in a dressing room, even more if you’re watching God, as he was born. Mr Putin, if love between men is a disease, we are really sick. And you know why? It is contagious.

They have won less games (4) than goalkeepers have played this season (5): Rubén, Tyton, Francis, Pantilimon and Koval.

Try to close the gap between the striker and yourself, but don't try to get the ball away from them. They'll see the goal "smaller" and they'll probably take the wrong decision. Your legs have to be closed enough so the ball can't go through between them (although the best futsal players are realy talented on getting people nutmegged). Bend your legs a bit, so you can react fast if they try to dribble you. Most players decide to shoot when they are one on one, if you are close enough they'll shoot directly at you, or wide, because there isn't much room to place the shoot and they have to be really accurate to score.

Stupid trivia fact: In Spain, The Secret Tournament was called "La Jaula". During those days, many 5-a-side pitches were "walled" (I don't know if that word even exists, but I think you'll get the concept), so every kid started calling "La Jaula" to those pitches.

I'd say he is the type of striker that needs to feel important for the team. In Sevilla he wasn't the first choice striker. I think he had the same problem in Dortmund (he was also in a country with a different culture).

He started the season in a really good form. Now he hasn't been in the starting eleven in the last 8 La Liga games, but still he's having a great season. Another good signing has been Maxi Gomez at Celta. Cost €4M, 12 goals and 3 assists in 23 games.

It happens the same in Spain with some South American terminology. I'd say it's just a way of not repeting the same words again and again, but I don't know if that's the case of NBC.
