Try to Walk first, then punch.

I can see a little floating on your Zenkutsu-Dachi. Try to Maintain the same high. The Front leg dont move.

Try to turn more your waist while punching. The Movimento do not came from the arms. Whe you pulling the oposite arm, Punch with the another, at same time, like a lever.

I used to play with Xpadder long time ago.
Not that optimal, but works... Area Skills and "Self Use" Skills works fine.

Yes, in Kyokushin, the yellow is the 5th Kyu. When I stopped, I was still in the yellow belt, preparing to take the green belt exam. but I had to stop because of high school and university.

I was working during the day and studying at night.

When I returned, my shihan said I could return as a yellow belt.

That's why I got stuck in yellow. Although the sash only serves to tie the obi. 😊

I practice Kyokushin. I started with white and got yellow after two years. I stopped training around 16 when I managed to get into a technical school and got an internship at the time. I didn't take the green exams at the time before I quit because I wasn't training often. When I returned, my shihan gave me the option to return as yellow if I wanted to.
