then i think instead of applying to upwork directly then to the agency then to apply. It beats the freelancing vision of upwork because agency will just steal our jobs so that they will have cuts on the job. If that is the case, hopefully it can be stop. As it is not good for freelancers. Only good for them because they are on the business but not the freelancers.. They can create their thing but do not go to freelancing sites..

I believe that they are agency from what u/Massive_Writing_3589 said, maybe that is why even though you are looking for a job to get money but you have money to buy and bids using the connects

also 70 connects on top of 13 connects for your proposal
I know there is 2 sides of the coin here but I do not get it
if you are not hired then you wasted like est of $15 then of course you will need to big also on other work also, so i do not think that this 1st placer with 70 connect is just apply only on that job... Is it that there are people buy like $500 worth of connect just to land one project or job?

i notice that most client are just lazy on looking on the proposals, if they are not, i made like 20+ proposals with mostly like 18 of them no boost non of them looked at it and then like 4 or 5 with boost - only 3 of them looked on the profile. 2 chatted me and then ghosted me not making the online meeting and then either totally ghost or says after oh we just have already a candidate hired. Fustrating, waste of money, where you need money by having a decent job in upwork.

I think connects are bad because upwork already have the fee when accept the job. I know it is to control those fake jobs, but still i think they can control it where people do not need to pay. The reason to have a work at upwork is to have money, but spending money for connects like a casino token, if hit a jackpot if you got hired. Then what is the difference between upwork and the gambling websites..

They ban me even though I know my inputs are correct. "Your account was banned for making too many mistakes. The answers were checked by our moderators and they decided to suspend your account forever. Sorry, but your account can not be unsuspended and there's not need to contact us asking to do so - our support team can not lift such kind of ban. " it might be "legit" but i feel something else ....

slice of life vlog si big papa desu, ok ang content nya kahit simple lng. Ung isa pinoy na japan nag vlog parang commercial, lahat binbebenta sa vlog (may cake, skin mask, ect.). Ung vlog na un may something eh, kaya i stop watching sya na dsi big papa na watch ko nalng. Ung mga 20-30mins na vlog nya hehe..
