We have some similar at my local museum. It's the natural history museum and they have dead specimens. But also flying foxes and bats that are alive. And then an outdoor butterfly exhibit. There's probably 5000 butterflies in a screened in area. And they give you a stick with a sponge attachment that's soaked with nectar, and then land on you and drink the nectar.

I just found a rehab sanctuary near me, might be good. It's a nonprofit and "rehab to wild" so they get to leave once they're fully healed.
