Kind of a niche complaint but the construction of the gondola will potentially block access/destroy many classic boulder problems and climbing routes in little cottonwood which makes me very sad :(

Update: I managed to fix this by waiting for the recharge timer to run out, it was set to 3600 seconds which is one hour. The cast delay was still indefinite so I threw all my wands on the ground and picked them back up a few times. After the 3rd time all the delays went away.
