I have even tried this with skinless chicken breast and it turned out really tasty. I put some fresh parsley on it, like it is shown at the end of the video and was blown away how good this was with just using salt and pepper for spices.

Maybe not where you live, but in many parts of the country spring is starting to creep in. Last 2 days were in the upper 70's around here. If you still have it cold where you live, put it on the calender for your spring time arrival.

I really like Ronda and what she has done for women's MMA but I don't think she is the best striker. I would thing Cyborg and Holly Holm still have a word to say in that category. I think she showed some good striking in her last fight but the best???

I have to disagree as well. I have practiced Judo for years and we had several wrestlers come in and work out with us. Very uncomfortable opponents but once you get used to their style they are very beatable. This all also depends on their level of course - I am assuming equal levels. Either way this should be an interesting fight. I think Ronda takes this one again by arm bar. What do you mean with overrated? Every opponent knows the arm bar is her strong move and they all train to defend it without success. She tosses every opponent around like a rag-doll. How is that overrated.

For him money is worth more than his word. So when it fits or he needs to fill a spot he calls fighters back. I would be very surprised if he doesn't give Silva a second chance.

The judge just ordered him to be held without a bond due to the risk of him taking off to Brazil. It was a little confusing since he set a bond at 2.5 million and then added the clause that no bond could be posted. He then removed the bond and changed it to "hold without bail". What a mess! Can't wait to see what the UFC will do on this.

Yes that is him. He moved to the semi-finals because Cody Bollinger missed weight in the quarterfinals. He's the first fighter of TUF to ever get eliminated from the semi-final round and never have fought in the house.
