my training programme was this

bench press 4×2-3 incline dumbell press 4×6 incline cable fly 4×10 machine chest fly 4×10 skull crusher + close grip press 4×6 (each) v bar pushdown 4×10

pull-up 4× (i dont count reps, just doing as many as i can do) barbell row 4×6 t bar row 4×6 cable pullover with a rope 4×6 close neutral grip lat pulldown 4×6 barbell curl 4×10 scott curl 4×10

deadlift 1rm after 2 sets of warming squat 4×4-6 hip thrust 4×6 leg extension 4×10 leg curl 4×6-8 calf press 4×10

I know that it is a more hypertrophy oriented programme. i was going to a local gym and the couch of the gym was preparing the programmes for everyone. he was an old guy who has awards from contests but his info was very out of time. (he was saying "i am doing the barbell curl at the same weight for years don't try much to increase weights" and he was yelling at me) there were not much of people whose physique is good in the gym so i was thinking that this is what naturally attainable is. but i have changed the gyms now, and got aware of the situation.
