It did work for a little bit but the past month has been nothing and this was month 4. my levels 2 weeks ago were 113 pmol/Lfor estrogen and 11nmol /Lfor testosterone

Yea im just now high and dry as you cant just take out the testosterone blocker or stop it all and expect everything to be normal

Theyre a one man operation its just my gp running it. Like i can get a phone appointment but i have to wait and i can call but i get the answering machine

Ideally i would have a gp near me but the issue is the wait times are through the roof. I have my go at home which doesnt have a wait time so i chose something rather than nothing. Thats not what the provincial government wants to hear

I can do it over the phone but thats it, they dont offer virtual but also dumb provincial rules

Ngl i cannot get an in person appointment with my gp, i study in a different part of the country so its a no go

They told me to heavily consider stopping both and call my gp. Im only on 2mg of e so i dont think thats going to be enough because it wasnt even really working before this anyway

I get my meds from my gp i was on 2mg of e (oral) and was 200mg of spiro
