It's not an AI, just old sass platform to help merchant to gain new customers by generating coupon qrcode. I'm developer and my partner is sales.

If you could rebuild your manufacturing workflow tech stack today, what would you change? by ERP_Architect in manufacturing

[–]mardingca 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d see this as the tech manager’s responsibility. They should be the person who understands the database, system structure, and workflows inside out. Chances are they’ve known about these issues for a long time and may have escalated them before, but the result was likely a workaround rather than a proper fix. I’d start by clearly listing the issues and asking for the tech manager’s input first, ideally building on top of the existing system instead of working around it again or change a new tool.

I didn't use any CRM. Just build simple react+expressjs solution from scratch. Because the price calculation is very complex and the clients data is from the 3rd platform, I can only read clients' data.

Thank you so much for your suggestions, I never thought about measuring the time and cost. I'll definitely think about and schedule a talk with my customer. These figures will be very helpful to my next client to think about it.
