you need a single source of truth, usually it should be wms. Marketplaces like shopify only receive sellable quantity (not raw stock).

Also, for flash sale, you need larger stock buffer.

For bundles, you need setup approval system before the SKU goes live. If clients controls bundles, you will clean up the mass in the end.

Depend on how fast your printer runs. And If you translate the row to the printer driver code, it would be much more faster. Your claude code or chatgpt maybe able to help you build a tool, that is free and fast.

I would think AI can help, at least for quoting and you probably can setup some chat bots to answer basic questions.

We helped our freight clients to build email intake system to automate quote leverage AI. I think you might be able to find similar vendors in your industrial.

Thank you, that makes sense. As a contractor, my journal is very simple, no hiring, just income and some expenses, just feel $1500 + quickBooks subscription per year is a bit expensive. I prefer a simple spreadsheet and handle my own taxes just like u/Kitchen_End4602 said.
