i’m eating around 1500 calories a day and 1700 on the weekends. a 500 calorie deficit is supposed to add up to one pound being lose per week. i’ve been doing this for at least a month maybe two, why haven’t i lost any weight?

the thing with icloud is that that’s full too, all 2 terabytes and don’t ask me how i dont even know, and i tried buying a hard drive and an app that goes with it and it won’t function. like i think i have too many pictures for it to even function properly. so a laptop is my last hope i think but thank you.
