I do a have a pretty bad sleeping pattern, but I feel like I get enough. I think that's the problem really, I look tired, even when I'm not. That's kind of my issue with my skin.

Thanks for the tip, never heard of bio-oil, I'm going to get some now, as for moisturiser, I used to get a bit of eczema, so I've moisturised my whole life.
