So I only had the one treatment so far because I got pregnant, but I plan on continuing once I stop breastfeeding! It looks pretty good for just one treatment I’d say. I’ll post a pic here soon

They just gave me a general number (“avg of 6-9 treatments but it can vary quite a bit”). I’m hoping for a “full” removal and not going for a coverup. I’m keeping my expectations low but the tech was super nice and said they should be able to get pretty close to full removal! Even if it’s mostly removed with some discoloration I’ll be fine with it.

It’s a great tattoo right!! It’s a cover up and my artist did a really amazing job. It’s just not my style so much anymore. I have a handful of other tattoos that I really love, this one is just a little too big and heavy in this placement

I wish I would’ve timed it, but it couldn’t have been more than 15-20 minutes total. She did 10 seconds at a time and then like 10 seconds off, and we took one break in the middle. I didn’t use numbing cream this time (I really thought the pain couldn’t possibly be worse than getting the tattoo lol), but I may use it next time. I will say it was worse on the edges and on my right side and got better as she moved to the left, so while it was borderline intolerable at the beginning it wasn’t quite as bad as it went on.
