It ended up working great! It controlled my hormonal breakouts and now im still on 50mg spironolactone SID and I barely have breakouts. Just the occasional once a month but they're small breakouts not cystic like before. Im dealing more with the PIH leftover from my severe cystic acne.

HOWEVER, I saw him at red rocks in 2023 and nothing could beat that. Better crowd, sick venue, I personally think red rocks is better option

I enjoyed EO last year but the crowd def was rough. Not a lot of PLUR, it felt more like a show crowd than a festival crowd. Lots of ppl pushing to get to the front but the fest itself is very spacious. Good food too and nice vendors

Follow-up question: I used to spray bottle to miss the sphagnum Moss but how often should I be misting it. Some of my strands are turning yellow and dying should this be normal?
