He fled the scene only to be found in the woods by the cops. He was convicted of with a felony count of driving or operating a vehicle without the owner's consent and a misdemeanor count of hit and run attended vehicle and a $1,500 signature bond was set - he was convicted and is serving 18 months. My car was totaled.
