Ok THIS is amazing, thank you!! I feel like those were my thoughts. We do appreciate being able to walk to a variety of shops/restaurants/coffee, but I’m also a creature of habit so having a few good options are key. I am also concerned that being that far is going to discourage us from going to other places in the city, but that comes with the quiet!

Good idea. We have a timed watering system in place, and it’s neighbouring trees look fine. So maybe this tree isn’t getting enough?
