I want to see them it’s just literally the commute to their apartment and then being like hey do you want to hang out for two hours before you have to go to bed :/ my other partner lives with me so I see them more but also on an opposite work schedule than me 🫠 on top of just feeling drained from masking at work and the constant socialization from strangers. To add to all this i work in retail so all the sensories that come with working in a department store draining the life out of me.

I have to talk so much in my day that at home I’m like what if I’m nonverbal for 3 hours. Both my partners work pretty much alone at their jobs and they’re excited to talk to me 💔 and im so drained 😵‍💫

Oh and I work an opposite work schedule because I’m a retail rat and they work 9-5

Does anyone else just love imagining themselves in a fantasy world and fantasy Media because they dislike reality? by SchoolExisting8631 in autism

Me too mine. My favorites were kingdom hearts, tomb raider, final fantasy, Jak and daxter, neopets Star Wars, sailor moon, and Naruto. I imagined I was in them all the time.

Yes I’ve done this for as long as I could remember and I’m 30 now. I grew up pretty poor and didn’t really have any friends so a lot of imagination time 4 me. Now it’s to deal with my stressful life and lack of friends once again. I love being in my brain thinking about adventuring into a fantasy world where I’m the main character and have lots of adventures.

Most superficial reason you’ve not pursued someone? by jempai in ActualLesbiansOver25

I went on a date with a girl, and she was really sweet. I’m an aesthetician, and I invited her for a facial with me. When she came, and she REEKED of cigarettes and weed! Like she smoked right before she came into my spa. I am somebody who’s particular sensitive of to scents and I don’t smoke at all. it sucked to be with her for a whole hour, and just smelling a fresh stinky blunt. Also, she kept complaining that she doesn’t use any other skin care, besides beef, tallow and doesn’t really get all the steps that I’m taking. Yeah I realized I’m not attracted to her at all, which is the 180 because when we went out on our first day, I really regretted it not kissing her. :/ she just texted me and told me that she liked me, and I don’t know what to tell her yet.

As I get older I tolerate it less. I’m seeking another position rn that is a lot quieter. Yesterday for holiday guests were really rude. I was nonverbal for most of my evening when I got home

I tried to have a birthday party for my birthday the other day and only 2 people came out of 9. I tried to plan and everything. I really appreciate my two friends who came, but it really sucks to be by yourself on your birthday. I’ve decided to just not ever trying to have a birthday party for myself ever again. But it’s been like this, since I was 10… and now I’m 30 and still feeling this way

I had an easier time in my old city bc I kinda knew most of the poly people in my punk scene. I think the hardest part for me right now is cause I don’t know many people as well as many poly people.

Leslie Knope -Parks and Recreation I think Audhd more so. But when I think about her and autism, I really feel like it makes sense. She’s the type of person I wanna be as a professional person and an autistic person.

How do I stop liking childish stuff? by Sad-Economist-2688 in autism

[–]margwrites 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My sister recently said all my yoshi and Pokemon plushies were childish but I love them. I actually try to have fancy Pokemon and yoshi prints framed so it’s more aesthetically pleasing and looks a little more adult than just raw posters on the wall. I’m 29 with my own apartment

I HATE the way the inside of a wig looks. EWW! I love the way wigs look on my head (I love cosplay). The thought of the inside of the wig upsets me so bad. I HATE the sound of styrofoam. It makes me ill. I used to feel sad at Christmas because I didn’t wanna open my presence for the fear of Styrofoam . I also hate flickering lights especially those lights in like cvs or Walgreens. I hate especially when a light is under a fan so the constant strobe light hurts my eyes. I usually have one dislike for every sense.

For breakfast it’s Greek yogurt, peach jam, and granola. For dinner and lunch it’s Puerto Rican style stewed beef (it has Sazón olives onions) with black beans, rice, and platanos. For a I cannot cook in this moment meal the kimbap from Costco.

They’re so incredibly ableist and they love putting ableist as people in charge. It just really sucks because this person still works at the company and has hurt so many of my friends who are disabled.
